The Challenge
Tata 1mg required a multi-faceted retail partner capable of executing high-finish pharmacy interiors while managing the ongoing repair and maintenance of their existing operational facilities.
Additionally, the scope demanded seamless logistics for sourcing and supplying critical commercial refrigeration assets (such as deep freezers) and specialized AC/climate-control systems.
