Phase 01
The Challenge
Operating at the bleeding edge of the 10-minute delivery promise, Zepto's infrastructure requirements are intensely specialized. Their facilities demand extreme electrical loads for extensive cold storage and flawlessly durable flooring to withstand constant heavy cart traffic.
During peak summer in Bengaluru, Zepto was offered to build protective rider sheds across the city within an extremely limited turnaround time to shield their fleet and ensure operations.
Phase 02
The SRP Difference
We supported in building 15+ rider sheds completed in a span of 10 days, focusing on executing 1 to 2 sites per day to keep operations seamless under challenging peak summer conditions.
Instead of standard commercial flooring, our factory-trained teams poured high-grade industrial epoxy specifically cured for rapid turnaround. Traditional interior designers outsource these technical complexities; at SRP, it's our core in-house capability, guaranteeing Zepto's rapid launch cadence.
